Problem while downloading youtube videos

After uploading website files on server and after that While downloading videos it is showing error that
No format stream map found - was the video id correct? And i think
there may be rate limits involved that can not be bypassed.

Steps to Reproduce

Please include the direct url to the YouTube video.

1. Copy YouTube link
2. Paste it on search bar
3. An the error appears

Expected behavior: it should download the video

Actual behavior: i think there may be rate limits involved that can not be bypassed.
