We used to have different type of proposal form, including payout, reserve, process update and custom transaction. Let's restore them and make them work with Nance this time.

For the idea of Custom transaction, we can try something related to transaction builder of gnosis? export/import the json? attach the json as "execute" part to the proposal text?
