Added hidden registry configuration to support custom reMarkable cloud urls (for rmfakecloud).

To configure custom cloud urls, add the following string registry values to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\OneNote\AddInsData\RemarkableSync.OnenoteAddin":
CustomDeviceTokenUrl: url for authenticating a new one time code
CustomUserTokenUrl: url for obtaining a new user session id
CustomBaseUrl: base url for the remarkable cloud api
