Learn about vigilant mode.

Second release.
Now support selection between reMarkable cloud or USB SSH for access to reMarkable content.
Additionally, all settings are now stored encrypted in Windows registry.

Note: If upgrading from Version 1.0.0, configurations are not carries over due to changes in where the configurations are stored. Therefore both reMarkable One Time Code and MyScript app keys need to be re-entered in the Settings window.

Also bear in mind that the USB SSH access is only tested on my reMarkable2 device. Compatibility with reMarkable 1 devices is not guaranteed,
