Minor help, please.

Hi,
I'd like for the third line to scroll only the datetime (day type, day number, month and year) and not the weather data.
I got as far as removing the weather data but the delay between scrolling is now too long so there's no display (on the 3rd line) for some time.
The option SCROLL_END_WAIT makes no difference.
I'd appreciate some guidance on this.
