Suggestion: Remove the "deleting x messages" message

Hey,

Sometimes I just feel like cleaning up messages and not having to alert everyone in the chat. Could there be an option in the configuration to remove warnings like "deleting x messages" after you type it?

I mean..sure the code is open source but I have no idea how to compile or even edit it haha
