为手册主页顶部增加手册介绍高亮小卡片，可使用 Bootstrap5 警告框组件。

增加编辑器图片粘贴功能，Ctrl + V 上传图片后将 URL 插入光标处
图片上传，自己写一个上传脚本，图片直接保存到网站目录（该目录不包含在 Git 记录中）

如果其他开发者需要部署这个项目，可以让开发者先将项目克隆到自己的仓库，然后克隆到开发者自己的服务器网站目录，备份数据时，只需要在管理员出备份数据库，然后在网站目录中执行 Git 提交即可。
