Preconditions:

1. User is logged as admin.
2. The 'Едітор' page is opened.
3. The tab 'Позиції' is chosen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on 'Додати нову позицію' button.
2. Pay attention to the 'Зберегти' button at the bottom of the 'Додати нову позицію' modal window.

Actual result
The 'Зберегти' button is active with red background color.

Expected result
The 'Зберегти' button should be inactive with grey background color until the user fills the 'Назва' field.
