Refactor functions to use camtrap DP v1.0

This isssue is a general one guiding us to review all functions towards v1.0. Notice that some could be removed, others will be udpated. Related issues can be linked to of course.

• apply_filter_predicate(): to be removed. Use filter_deployments() instead
