add java .so libraries to LD_LIBRARY_PATH #87

Description

Add to LD_LIBRARY_PATH java libraries in jdk
this: $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/amd64/server
and maybe this $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/amd64

Woulfd be fine to add this to
/etc/profile.d/jdk.sh
