Reason

TMAP8 is being included in FENIX in idaholab/fenix#53. An error is occurring where examples/index.md in the V&V documentation is conflicting with several MOOSE modules.

Design

Fixup this broken link.

Impact

Enable easier usage of TMAP8 documentation in coupled applications.
