Missing RL Training Code and Inconsistency with Paper

I've been reviewing the code and the associated paper, and I've encountered a couple of issues:

I couldn't find the section related to RL training mentioned in the paper.
The only RL-related code I found is in MDP.py, which does not seem to align with the experiments described in the paper.
Could you please provide the code for RL training as described in the paper?
