Providers and their schemes #300

I am creating a GatsbyJS plugin that will utilize oEmbed.

As I started working I noticed some providers like YouTube do not have any schemes, and Flickr, for instance, is missing a scheme.

Is there any collab with the different providers or is it up to us a community to fix this. I am happy to contribute.

It feels somewhat wrong to keep my own hardcoded list of providers, but it seems like both WordPress and Drupal have their own as they do support YouTube schemes for instance. In a perfect world shouldn't their provider lists be a mirror of the one provided here?
