Write / link to installation guides for supported editors

Firstly, this is an absolutely beautiful font. Great work!

But it was only a little hard to install because I did not know how to enable support for ligatures in Visual Studio Code. I read this guide to learn how to do it: https://github.com/tonsky/FiraCode/wiki/VS-Code-Instructions

I think that it would be good to write a guide in the Wiki that either gave a short description or link, into how to use Hasklig in your editor. Even just picking the top 5 editors out there would be a big win.

Once again, great work, I have only just installed this font but I already love it. It's going to be my default.
