Define the schema for the CredentialPreview object to be agnostic to the issued VC

Proposed feature

In the current codebase, the CredentialPreview object contains two properties: schemaId and schemaIds.

The field schemaId correlates with the AnonCreds specification when the schemaIds was added to support VCDM 2.0, but the VCDM 2.0 specification doesn't have the property with this name.

Feature description

This issue is about defining the share of the CredentialPreview object to be agnostic to the issued VC and simultaneously have properties that correspond to the specifications we are using for VCs.
