What happened?

Arch Linux, using Gnome Wayland.
Closing the currently active tab with middle mouse button pastes the clipboard in the URL box;
If we have 2 GET requests, one is http://app and doesnt matter the other, if you are on the active tab, middle-clicking to close the active tab you are on pastes your clipboard upon mouse release. If you have 'api/v1/products' in the clipboard your URL is now api/v1/productshttp://app and you have to ctrl+z to remove this erroneous paste.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Have 2+ tabs and a clipboard with text
2. Middle-click a tab to close it
3. Witness the clipboard contents paste into the URL on middle mouse release

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the tab to close on mouse press as it does, but nothing further to happen on mouse release, especially not pasting to the URL box.

Platform

Linux

HTTPie Desktop version

Flatpak 2024.1.2
