Is there a code system that corresponds to http://fhir.de/CodeSystem/dkgev/Abrechnungsart, which contains TARPSY?

In my view we have three options:

do nothing
use Identification for Forum Datenaustausch tariff types http://forum-datenaustausch.ch/tariff/030 see
define an own NamingSystem/CodeSystem for TarPsy
