문제점

주말은 datetime으로 학식 알림 전송을 방지할 수 있으나, 한국의 공휴일에 대해선 별도의 라이브러리가 존재하지 않음

요구 사항

공공데이터 API - 한국천문연구원의 특일 정보를 이용하여 휴일인지 판단 후 학식 알림 전송

  • API 토큰 검증 과정 추가
  • API 토큰을 이용하여 특일 정보를 받아오고, 봇의 시간이 공휴일인지 아닌지 판단 후 알림 전송 여부 결정
