Can I add a new configId field to replace Scope permissions?

@HealerNguyen Looks like without config_id, there will be "this app isn't available yet" errors.

checkout this link, seems adding config_id param resolve this.

the config_id is used for "Facebook Login for Business". It'd be great if it can be supported.
