Notification Badge

Hello Tatsuya Sato,

I'm Solikinz who reported the bug via Telegram Chat.

When i turn off Read Receipt button, my chat is succesfuly without read receipt.

Later i got 3 chat unread and show notification badge. When i open it and read the whole chat,
The notification badge still exist with 3 number of chat unread.

I turn on Read Receipt button again, the notification badge is gone but my chat still has read receipt.

i make two account and found this bug.
