Play refuses to start: "This application is already running (Or delete target/universal/stage/RUNNING_PID file)."

Hm, thinking about it: we would have to refactor to move from ES 2.3.2 to 5.6.3 ... this would be a lot of work. We should not depend #450 on this. |

Result of hbz/lobid-gnd#66.
As the index is so small it is no problem to use a local index.
But being not part of our ES-cluster comes with some disadvantages, namely it doesn't show up in our
cerebro-plugin. Also the local index can't be used by the kibana instance set up in hbz/lobid-gnd#66.We should index
