problems with rooms

for almost a year now I have been observing the problem that I cannot enter 90% of the rooms, when I enter the room it will hang for a few seconds and the connection will be closed is there a solution to this problem?

Did you changed the router a year ago? When I changed mine some time ago I couldn't join some rooms too.
