App crashes once selecting region

On both cia and 3dsx versions, once I select my region (america) The app shows a blue screen with the message "C8804470 | 4000000030800 | 1", with "Press Start to Exit" on the bottom screen. I tried the other regions just to see if anything else happened, and every time I get a similar message. I have reinstalled both the 3dsx and cia versions multiple times.

Hi, maybe i came too late but my solution to this issue was enter in the mario kart channel in the game and this may reload the data.
This was my solution, sorry if this din't work

came here to say I have this issue too. Maybe it has to do with the fact that it's digitally downloaded, or save data is on the SD card?
