Describe the PR

update imxrt bsp to make use of mcux pinconfig tool
add metro m7 1011 sd with ETM TRACE enabled, not yet got trace data out
add imxrt1170 bsp, led + button works, but usb (device) is not working yet. Maybe something missing.
update freertos-kernel to FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Kernel@dc09a3d
switch freertos to static allocation only (dynamic = 0), since it is possible now with latest freertos cmake
other clion setting

PS: ci with IAR cortex m0 + freertos example currently failed due to FreeRTOS/FreeRTOS-Kernel#894
