Seems to build fine with GHC 9.0 (latest template-haskell and base)

This is blocking a lot of package due vector-th-unbox being a dependency of statistics and thus criterion and thus many package benchmarks!

I believe this was resolved in vector-th-unbox-0.2.1.8, unless I'm missing something.

Looks like 0.2.1.8 isn't problematic, see tsurucapital#1

This repository is no longer maintained; https://github.com/tsurucapital/vector-th-unbox is the new upstream
