Hi hs19-deep team,

Your project seems very cool and interesting! I love the clear purpose of the README, it is very explicit what your purpose is and why it is important: Interpretting deep learning models for biological sciences is important because it can reveal important biological relationships. Some of the more technical parts are a bit confusing for me since I don't have that much expertise in deep learning, but you guys explain it decently well, so reading it on the third time helped me understand. It seems like your README is pretty good, maybe just some more explanation for audiences not as well versed in deep learning or biology. For example, I didn't know what the ; in f(X; W) means. You can also help make the README more clear by defining some terms that are not as common such as polygenic.

Best of luck on your project,
Frank Hui
