Examples of Illustrations

Overview

The UX Research team identified best practices for illustrations, images, and other visual communication on the website. Based on the findings, the recommendations are to prioritize informative illustrations that aim to facilitate the user's understanding of the website purpose and the expungement process.

To ensure that the revised visuals reflect Content's voice and tone key terms (straightforward, supportive, and trustworthy), the UXR team will deliver examples of information that can be illustrated visually to improve user experience.

Action Items

  • Gather information that can be illustrated on the website

  • Create examples of information and type of illustration

  • Deliver to Design Team
