Hi,

I got this error when run geneid, but I don't know how to decrease RFIRST parameter

How to decrease RFIRST parameter?

geneid -3 -P rice.param.Aug_3_2004 Chr01.fa > Chr01.gff

You can change it on line 78 of the include/geneid.h and then recompile . Ask far as I recall, you may have to experiment a little to find a number that works.
