In the matrix schema, as it may apply to the entire set, it could be useful to define which ids nomenclatures you are working with, such as ensembl id or gene symbol. As for the feature schema, it could also be interesting to be able to declare if a feature is part of a gene set or pathway, i.e., the ones collected in KEGG or GO. |
