Despite the README's statement:

If neither of the goldengate-editor project and the GoldenGATE.jar it builds into are avaliable, the build as a whole won't fail, only the GoldenGATE Editor plug-ins won't be created.

The build fails with:

javac.compileDgPacker:

BUILD FAILED
/usr/local/install/goldengate-server-docs/build.xml:29: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/usr/local/install/goldengate-server-docs/ant/javac.ant:113: srcdir "/usr/local/install/goldengate-editor/src" does not exist!
