Docker setup requires User ID 1000 #77

The following line will change the owner of the files in the volume and on the development folder:

cd.gruene.ch_v2/install.sh

Line 19 in f8074ba

docker compose run -uroot node chown -R node:node /home/node/app

On systems where the user has another id than 1000 this leeds to permission problems.
