[Bug] master tests not triggered for PR into master #297

I've just realized that in the build of the PR the failing tests are skipped! So something in the github actions workflow doesn't work well. see #296

Unfortunately was not solved by #305, see https://github.com/greco-project/pvcompare/pull/325/checks?check_run_id=2695470141#step:9:21
--> tests are skipped
