[enhancement request] extract g:paginate to this plugin as f:paginate #304

The reason being pagination is something that is frequently used, and it can potentially be customized in terms of theming.

As of now, I'm doing a custom taglib to do my pagination style using Bootstrap 4 as shown here. https://gist.github.com/kevintanhongann/0d912951c66e1240a8859fcea4fdab0e
