enable goth to run more than 2 provider nodes #600

currently, it seems it lacks pre-generated keys for more than 3 nodes (1 x requestor + 2 x provider)
trying to copy an existing key or using some old keys doesn't produce a working network

so we'd need to figure out what exact method was used to generate the original 3 and that way add more...
