game not launching

• Yes, I have checked and my issue is not related to the game updating and plugins not working correctly.

What did you do?

i normally play ff14 using a steam service account. i just downloaded FFXIV quick launcher and made sure i turned on the steam integration during download and checked the "use steam service account" on the login screen. i press login and it gives an error that i didnt find how to fix on the FAQ.
