Multiplayer to singleplayer crash. 1.21

Everytime I go into a multiplayer server, then leave and go into a singleplayer world, then proceed to save and quit. my game crashes and gives this crash report.

Its a really annoying issue and I have tried a lot of things to try and remedy this but it ends up coming back constantly.

Might aswell report it haha.

Duplicate of #1908. The issue is closed so they may have fixed it for incoming versions. It should also be fixed for the snapshot version listed.
