Tick Health - max tick times

Apart from messing around with hoppers, the other thing I've been doing is trying to debug an elusive performance issue I've been having with my Villager dooming relocation setup, that seemed to generate insane lag spikes despite carpet saying mspt was fine (the numbers below are inflated compared to what I was experiencing, no perf mods and sending 4 villagers through the portal where I normally only send them in twos).

Anyway, I had the profiler track each section for each tick and store those numbers away as well, so come report time it shows avg and max times, might be useful (but I already want more granularity on certain things, and will probably go after it... so maybe this is a slippery slope).
