Missing CONTRIBUTION.md File

I noticed that this repository does not have a CONTRIBUTION.md file. Adding one would help clarify the contribution guidelines for new contributors, such as:

How to set up the project locally.
Coding standards or style guides to follow.
The process for creating and submitting PRs.
This would make it easier for others to contribute effectively.
