Data does not load if there are 0 death in Sciensano's data set

I am not sure this notebook is up to date, but just in case, if there is a date missing in the MORT sheet of Sciensano excel, the other sheets don't align and the load_data triggers an error.
More generally I think the load_data function is quite unsafe, as if 2 differents dates are missing the MORT or HOSP for example, the data would load with misaligned dates.

Hello, the issue (and the safety issue) has been solved. load_data now assumes 0 in case of no data for a date.
