it should work, I already set is publicly available. You should able to download the dataset via Kaggle. Please retry.

If the web interface is not work for you, try use Kaggle api. Follow instruction to install here: https://github.com/Kaggle/kaggle-api

Then use this command line to download:

kaggle datasets download ucf-cc-50-with-people-density-map
kaggle datasets download shanghaitech-with-people-density-map
kaggle datasets download perspective-shanghaitech

kaggle datasets download shanghaitech-with-people-density-map

but getting 404 - Not Found still. Same with the web interface. Actually all of those datasets are giving 404 with kaggle datasets download

@ttpro1995 ah I worked it out. The kaggle download script requires the username in the dataset name. For example: kaggle datasets download tthien/shanghaitech-with-people-density-map worked. Thanks for your help :)
