Backup usability - listing and interacting with backups #22

Please increase the backup reliability and usability from /backups directory by:

  • listing of all backups present
  • possibility to download the one or the other backup file
  • delete of backup file

This allows the admins to easily handle the DB even if it's in embedded mode.
