Once PR #3 is merged, I will start working on these

• add some basic tests #14
• create ci test.yml to run tests on Ubuntu with python 3.8 and 3.9 #15
• add badges for codecoverage|code quality|tests| version on readme #16
• reference once and update json data (the scripts that create references are too slow (why ?)) related to Too slow scripts to add references #11
• think about using https://github.com/tiangolo/pydantic-sqlalchemy #6
• Create an index page with a readme, API registration form and links to docs & repo #7
• the /v2 route returns 404. it should return something like {"Status": "up"} #17
• fix threading errors related to database, test and make this work smoothly with Sqlite, Postgres, and MySQL #18
• define a makefile target to build, tag with proper version info,and publish to DockerHub, Running make docker would do all the job. #19
• create ci publish.yml to auto publish to pypi and dockerhub #20
• create the wiki pages with guide to deploy to heroku, digital ocean, deta #21

For the / route, we will be creating a tiny frontend, where the users who are interested in trying out the API can fill in a form to request an API key.
