Create file and choose suffix; do not just create .md file.
Suffix defined by user and stored in settings.
Icons in front of markdown files.

@git-no Would it be possible to add support for additional Markdown formats, specifically Rmarkdown (.Rmd) for use with Bookdown?

Test PR #11, it adds support for .Rmd files in my test cases.
