--frag-len and --frag-len-sd of wafergen-scrna #146

Dear RPD,

I was wandering:

how --frag-len and --frag-len-sd are used in wafergen-scrna (if I don't do dedup).
How big difference will be caused if my fragment length is 300 and I use 200 (default) in the pipeline. (Keep sd 20 default),
