Multifactor-Authentication as a plugin in IdentityIQ. Generates QRCodes and timebased otps. Also adds a new MFA workflow and a DynamicScope. To be used in pocs. Supports TOPT apps (Google-Authenticator, DUO Mobile, FreeOTP, ...) on the major Mobile Operating Systems (Android, IOS).

This release updates the shipped angular version to 1.6.3. Also, it fixes a compatibility issue on a 7.2 installation that got the "plugins.angularSnippetEnabled" option set to true.
