Add option to require users to pay to publish a comment

basically the option to put the comments feature behind the paywall. The user would pay an invoice and once the invoice is paid a comment can be posted.

I would also welcome the ability to add a paywall to do the following:

• add a comment
• use a contact us form
• after X page views in Y seconds/minutes (to limit screen scraping or a DDOS attack)
• add a rating to WooCommerce
• as a payment method for WooCommerce products

So many great use cases to add upon a great tool you've developed. Thank you for considering this feedback and feature request.
