Cooperation #21
Comments
Hi, Martin, currently we are stabilizing the app and focus on an implementation with an economical data collection and data processing (GDPR). We are already in contact with other projects and would be happy to exchange ideas with you. But we also have to note that the project is still run by purely private engagement and we support it within our possibilities. Currently we use five platforms for exchange and coordination. Another channel increases the complexity and the coordination effort. I personally try to stay in touch, but I can't make any promises about affordability from me and the team at the moment. Many greetings, René |

Oh I can so sympathise. :-)
That being said, this approach can only work if we establish one protocol to rule them all (tm) or we will simply not get the warning speed that we need to actually stop the pandemic.
From calculations some of our partners at TU München did we currently think that for this approach to be effective, we probably need to reach about 50% of the population, and be able to notify first and second order possible infections.
So, working together is of the essence.

Best regards, and lets have a talk how we can best join forces - just let me know how we can best have a phone call.
Best Regards,

sure, we can do that. we'll consult each other within the team again. FYI: i wrote to pepp-pt and asked for more information :) |
Please let me know how we can get into contact. If it is not too much trouble, we will have an all hands meeting tomorrow at 19:00 on our discord - that would be an excellent time to make introductions and get to know each other. |
Hi there,
we're another project from the WirVsVirus hackathon and are trying to tie together all the international efforts that try to work on this problem.
Which leaves the question: How can we best work together? :-)
We coordinate here right now, I would very much like to invite (some?/all?) of you to join our discord or use any other means necessary so we can get into contact.
