Add option to omit "NOT MODIFIED" in dataset ingestion

When you rerun steps on a dataset it reprocesses the last successful attempt.

It can be hard to find that when there are pages of more recent NOT MODIFIED attempts. Here for example you have to go from attempt 102 all the way back to attempt 25 to find your reprocess attempt.

It would be nice if they were omitted somehow, or if there was a toggle to omit them or so. I find I bump into this fairly often

That requires an API change (unless we want to try a browser solution - I do not)
E.g. an option to search finishReason? finishReason=NORMAL&finishReason=NOT_MODIFIED
