Create suggestions with homepage update

We have a lot entries with no homepage, or dead or 404 links.
We can detect automatically broken or 404 links and even suggest updates with a prefilled google search result link to make the update easier.

@MortenHofft agreed to test the workflow of using suggestions to do this on a small sample.
