[FEATURE] Hover animation on Login and Register

Description
I would like to add a Hover animation to Login and Register.

Problem Statement
Hover animation on the Login and Register button.
It will enhance the user experience and act as an indictor that it is a button, not a text.

Proposed Solution
When user hovers over the button the background color will change indicting the user that it is a button.

I am hovering the button but it is not giving any response(refer to the above image)
